The significance of this date is this was the appointed time for budget cuts at the local radio station...and "Cap'n" Morgan "got the axe"!(Pun intended!) This poor, woeful, nearly-forgotten ex-DJ had an interesting idea! Why not do what you love to do...for as many people as possible...from the comfort of your own home?!? Yeah!!! Why not???!!???
